Penfield Fall/Winter 08 Collection
Penfield, the outerwear heritage brand best known for their down-filled outerwear and high-profile collaborations with menswear labels Stussy, Maharishi, ARC, Wood Wood and Duckie Brown, has just released their Autumn/Winter 2008 collection. This season, Penfield manages to infuse style and technology with Schoeller 3XDry, Thermore and Teflon fabrics. Autumn/Winter 2008 brings a little something for everybody: the Penfield Classic Line, which consists of a variety of parkas and goose-down jackets and vests, has been relied on since 1975 for performance, quality and reliability in a wide range of conditions. The Trailwear Label, also created in the 1970s, brings it back to the early years with buffalo plaid and shearling collars. A joint venture with DPM resulted in the Pendazzle camouflage, influenced by the navel Dazzle camo from the Second World War. And, the Color Block series brings classic Penfield designs enhanced with an array of striking color combinations.
